君锤百链梦霸权，帝诺千金惊华宴：

有帅哥美女来问，还是多写几句作答。

BC、DCEP，是三个东东……

DC（数字货币）不一定是BC（区块链）……

EP（电子支付）不一定是DC……

当然BC是可以用来做DC，也可以用来做EP……

但是帅哥美女真正关心的是美刀的问题……

BC是不是与屠龙刀争锋的倚天剑？

是不是BC一出，美刀就碎裂一地呢？

想与美刀争锋，光是BC和DC，是远远不够的……

对美刀来说，真正牛掰的不是美刀，而是美刀的EP……

这世界上，大多数国家都有自己的PC（纸币），现在DC也是五花八门，可是只有美刀独霸EP……

伊朗和委内瑞拉都有自己的PC，也有自己的DC……

可是大嘴就靠着SWIFT（环球银行金融电讯协会）和CHIPS（纽约清算所同业支付系统）就吃定鲁哈泥和马肚罗……

美帝的制裁比关税狠得多的是把PC和DC踢出SWIFT和CHIPS，就如小马的微信风号一样，立刻让人只能自嗨了……

想搞定美刀，就必须跳出美帝的EP，打造自己的EP……

从2014年开始，大国就开始推它自己的EP，即CIPS（跨境支付系统）……

和EP密切相关的三大问题：一是主权信用，二是系统安全，三是数据保密！

目前，世界90%以上的外汇交易都是通过CHIPS完成的……

也许二马的EP比CIPS做得好，所以二马不得不公私合营来为大国打垮美刀的大战略服务……

除了BCDCEP，大国早就把美刀之锚转向了债务之锚，不仅是为了大国战略，也是怕大嘴突然脱钩，一脱钩，可能就脱掉了SWIFT和CHIPS……

就算全方位打造好了BCDCEP，美帝目前有四道防线来阻击，第一道防线是脱钩禁用美刀EP，如SWIFT和CHIPS；第二道防线是断网，屏蔽网络根服务器；第三道防线是阻通，拦截数据传输；第四道防线断芯，禁芯禁软件……

大国要攻破这四道防线，需要钱，需要技术，更需要时间……

金老爷子在《倚天屠龙》写了为什么拿着屠龙刀就可以号令天下的秘密：就是在倚天剑磕碎屠龙刀后，会现出《武穆遗书》……

那美刀碎裂以后呢？

俺猜是《费城制宪》……

所以，能不能碎裂美刀后面的真正问题是：是不是真的有比《费城制宪》更牛掰的《太祖愚赵偷刀》……

自信啦，自信啦……

不自信的是“脸输”（Facebook）的“里剥了”（Libra）……
