教堂乍现杀手嘣，老兵突出一枪名：

昨天（29日）上午，德州沃斯堡的一座教堂中发生了一起枪击事件，教堂一个70多岁的老人，从自己隐藏携带的枪套中拔枪，在十几米开外，一枪击中杀手头部，在杀手开枪杀人后不到两秒钟，这位老人快速制止了一场教堂大屠杀，这一枪也让老人名扬美利坚……

每当美利坚出现枪击事件，都会把是禁枪还是拥枪推上风口浪尖……

要禁枪的总是把问题和原因归咎于枪，而对开枪的杀手遮遮掩掩、藏藏掖掖，不让深究……

是枪的问题？还是人的问题？

德州这位70多岁的老人用自己手中的枪再一次为拥枪的作出了有力的回答……

枪在歹徒手中，会用来行凶作恶，滥杀无辜……

枪在好人手中，却可以用来保家卫己，除暴安良……

要禁枪的看不到，也许故意不看好人用枪保护了多少人……

两年前德州萨瑟兰泉(Sutherland Springs)的第一浸信会(First Baptist)教堂周日突发枪击案，因为那时德州不让教堂带枪，造成至少27人死亡30人受伤……

要禁枪的还有一个高论就是有事找警察？

在美利坚民间流传的说法是：“有事的时候找1911（一种手枪）而不是911……”

不知道那些要禁枪的是不是知道在美利坚，警察没有义务和责任来保护美利坚公民的生命和财产的安全……

这是因为，美利坚最高法院通过1981年沃伦对华盛顿哥伦比亚特区案（Warren v. District of Columbia; 444 A.2d. 1, D.C. Ct. of Ap. 1981) 和2005年石城镇对冈萨雷斯案 (Castle Rock v. Gonzales, 545 U.S. 748 (2005)) 这两个案件，明确裁决美国警察对任何公民不具备直接保护责任……

判决认为，无论是警察还是政府都没有义务保护居民免受犯罪分子侵害，居民受到罪犯侵犯也无权要求警察和政府承担责任，除非原告和警察、政府之间存在特殊关系……

判决书里解释道：“警务是政府向整个社会提供的一项服务，用以维护和平、安全和秩序…政府只为”全体公众”这一整体提供警务，不向社会单个成员承担这项义务……

也因为这个最高法院的裁决，美利坚各州立法机构开始全面下放公民的公开持枪权和自卫权……

还有一点是，不知道禁枪的人是不是清楚：当真正有事的时候，找911是不是能够一打就通？

就算911一打就通，警察反应后到达现场需要多少时间？

警察最快也至少需要5分钟赶到现场，而昨天在沃斯堡教堂的凶手在5秒钟内就枪杀了两个人，造成一死一伤……

请要禁枪的人算一下5分钟里面有多少个5秒钟……

另外，据研究表明，警察接到911后，能到达现场的平均时间是30分钟以上……

如果超过30分钟，凶手早完成杀戮逃之夭夭了……

当然，要禁枪的人他们有权有自由选择是找911还是拿起1911来保护自己和家人，但是他们没有权利来剥夺他人拥有1911的自由和权利……

当持枪的自由和权利被剥夺的时候，其他的自由和权利被剥夺的日子也不远了……
